This page describes privacy on carelinker.ai, the public CareLinker website. CareCheck and CareMatch run in the patient portal; their data practices are covered in product-specific notices when you sign in.
Public website
carelinker.ai is for general information about CareLinker, CareCheck, and CareMatch. We do not ask you to submit medical records on this site.
If you email us (for example hello@carelinker.ai), we use your message only to respond to you.
Patient portal
When you use Sign in or Get started, you leave this site and go to patient.carelinker.ai. That application handles health-related information under its own privacy notices and your consents.
Our public site copy states that data is encrypted and shared only with your consent; those commitments apply to product use in the patient experience, not to casual browsing here.
Analytics and cookies
We may use standard web analytics on the public site to understand traffic and improve content. Details will be listed here when analytics are enabled in production.
